Strange 'Goblin' Scares Kids in Argentina

An eyewitness recently captured a strange creature interrupting a pickup game of soccer in the city of Santiago del Estero in northern Argentina.  The short video was taken on a smartphone, and shows a blurry image of something awkwardly approaching the youths as they play their game.  Once the children notice the creature, they flee in terror.  According to the mother of one of the children, the "paranormal phenomenon" scared the children so badly that they refuse to return to the field.

The film is reminiscent of a similar video shot in Argentina in 2015, which purports to show a small, humanoid figure run across a kitchen floor while a mother records her child.
